Samsung SCH-T300 Review - A Review of the Samsung SCH-T300 Cellular Phone

For its small size, the Samsung SCH-T300 for Verizon Wireless is loaded with advanced features. The Phone.Com UP Browser 4.1 allows you to access the web with the touch of one button. This situation means that you can browse the web from anywhere - consequently, you can send and receive e-mails, and access information you need from flight listings to stock quotes, maps, news and weather.
The voice-dialing feature permits you to call anyone in your phonebook with a simple voice command. Alternatively, one-touch, two-touch or three-touch dialing is also available to allow you to quickly call anyone you have programmed on your phone. The large phonebook holds up to 500 alphanumeric entries.
The compact flip design of the SCH-T300 keeps your keypad clean and free of damage while allowing you to view the display at all times. The grayscale 128 X 128 pixel screen allows you to see who is calling - as well as the date and time.
The Samsung SCH-T300 comes standard with 20 embedded ringtones and 10 different melodies, which you can assign to separate callers in your phonebook. The voice-activated calling feature makes your life a whole lot easier - enabling you to dial contacts in your phonebook without hitting a button.
The 3.5 oz SCH-T300 measures 4.5″ X 1.77″ and its standard battery allows for 200 minutes of talk time - and lasts up to 120 hours while remaining idle on standby. If you are planning to use the phone often you can opt for an additional longer life battery that will give you 300 minutes of talk time and 180 hours on standby.
All in all, for a no-frills phone, Samsung the SCH-T300 is as good as it gets.
